My opinion only, Flea Collars should not be used on small dog's at all. Most especially the ones you buy at Wal Mart and places like that. They can make dog's awful sick.

Glad your baby is ok. I agree with Vicki. My vet will not sell flea and tick collars to small dogs at all.
Glad you shared your story. It might help someone else to decide against using them.
