Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I'm sorry your baby is having so much trouble with anal glands. Before resorting to surgery, I would explore other means to correct the problem -- if you have not already. You may want to start your own thread in the Health or Sick & Injured section so that more people will see this and be able to offer their advice, and share knowledge and experience.

How much does she weigh? What kind of food does she eat? Has she always been on the same food? What kind of exercise does she get?
