When my dd takes her dog to the dog park and plays "fetch" she leaves a leash on her. The thought is... if Zohie runs she may not be able to catch her (even in a dog park I guess that is a concern of hers) but she can get close enough to at least step on the leash and catch her that way???
He dog is fairly well trained but I guess she did have a bad experence one time of her running away and if she is in any "open" area she wants the security of being able to catch her leash if zohie wants to go somewhere else ???
