Went to the vet yesterday and it's not a yeast problem or flea dirt problem. He said if she is licking herself alot, it's a combination of urine and saliva build up. It's a circle where the more she licks, the more she itches which causes her to lick more because she itches more. He suggested to try and keep clean and as dry as possible. I came home and cleaned her again with a Q tip with some of her shampoo on it and her licking has almost quit completely.
