Well yes, but I think you should find out what is going on with her first. If she gets a clearance from the Vet, than it might be from the food. So I would wait to see what the Vet says and then go from there. Then we can talk food LOL.
If you feel she isn’t eating enough than I think you should try to find something she eats. I think you should be feeding a food that your dog enjoys and gets enough of without adding wet food or anything else.
But you said she has been sick before? What did you do last time? Did it last long? Did you take her to the Vet?
