When I took a look at all of the photos of those tiny puppies with sad eyes, some of them small enough to fit in coffee mugs, and read their descriptions, especially the one that is advertised as being a candidate for the smallest dog in the world, all I could feel is sad and depressed.
This is a little off topic, but could someone explain why the puppies have two prices depending on whether they will be used as pets or breeding stock?
