I have a very nice desk I bought from Office Depot for about $300 that is U shaped. And I have 4 laptops between my Hubs and I so I also bought a VGA switch so I dont have to constantly plug in devices to the monitor
)
but you can plug any laptop into a tv with VGA or HDMI cables. I do this often when sharing photos from my laptop to tv when friends are over
