Absolutely, positively in agreement! I love propofol, as soon as the procedure is over, they stop the drip and baby wakes up very quickly....no deep sleeps for hours after the procedure, ...and I always insist on continous IVs during and after the procedure, not d/c until I pick my pup up........but
I would be certain my vet was well versed on using propofol....the baby has to be monitored constantly, closely, and the dosage has to be calculated accurately....just ask MJ how it turns out if this is not done!
