If the fabric can be hand washed, then follow the instructions for the fabric. Then give the fabric a vinegar rinse using one to two tablespoons white vinegar per cup of water. The vinegar helps to set the dye. It isn't perfect or foolproof, but it helps.
Also, you might try lowering the temp setting on your iron and use a pressing cloth. |
