Oh he is neglected, all right...at least the way HE tells the story! That's why I posted MY SIDE of it first.
Only a 'neglected' dog gets carried outside to go potty, carried outside wearing a nice raincoat (I don't own a rain coat), under an umbrella while Mommy stands in the rain holding the umbrella over his head, hand fed organic chicken for dinner, gets a new toy pretty much EVERY time he is left at home (we call it 'buying our way back into the house')...what was that address again!?
