I have not read through this full thread only a couple of posts so I apologize if someone has already said this. I think that MIGHT be a "morkie" (maltese / yorkie mix) her face looks awful light. That could just be the haircut but I would at least dig a little deeper and find out who the breeder was. Craigslist is a scary place to try to find a pet that being said our Rudi came from an add on craigslist where a family had to find him a home and he has been nothing but a blessing. Either way she is precious!
