3301 Civic Center Drive is an apartment building, so it's possible that she got the pup, and found out she can't have pets in the apartment. Still, something is off about the ad. I'm thinking there is no way that pup is 6 weeks old. If she sees that her daughter isn't home to care for the pup, how long has she had it? It just doesn't make any sense. Also, it looks like a mix to me. I think it looks like a Morkie. The color and texture of the fur isn't right.
