I can't believe you get me. Yes, I was trying to say that you'd need more soft gel than liquid. I read my post back to myself & could not figure out what I was talking about! But okay. I get that the percentages of the omegas are basically the same ratio in both products, but a little more watered down in the soft gel. So as usual, I'm overthinking it. I don't know why I can't just follow the directions & be happy like a normal person.
