For sure - I agree with almost everything said above. I found Mandie before I found YT and became a much more informed puppy owner. With that said, she was definitely a FIND and because they didn't have time for her. I've been very lucky and very blessed.
I think you are doing good research so you know to ask questions. Definitely look into who SHE got the pup from
