I don't think there is any increased risk from anesthesia in terms of timing when it comes to a few days or weeks. When Max had his eye problems, he had laser surgery one week, and a couple weeks later the doctor thought he would have to go back for another procedure. Thankfully Max healed at the last minute and the second procedure wasn't necessary.
If a dental is needed urgently, do it. If not, wait a few months.
