I think you guys are overreacting, and frankly being rude. If you wouldn't buy a puppy from this lady, that's perfectly fine and your choice, but on the flip side if OP wants to, who are you to tell her what to do? These puppies are obviously not living in squalor or being abused. If you wanted to warn her as friends you did so and she was very gracious in accepting your criticisms, but in the end it is her choice and I think it's hateful to rain on her parade.
