Take it from someone who had a tiny dog and all of the heartache and pain that can go with and stay away from teacup and micromini dogs. Please don't support breeders that produce them on purpose, risking breeding a tiny, delicate little female girl to get ultra-tiny puppies from her frail little body to sell and release at 6 - 8 weeks before all their problems show up. Many genetic problems don't show until a dog is a few years old but many things in the tinies show up after a few weeks of age. If your breeder is doing anything like that, not testing her breeding pair for genetic problems they could pass along prior to breeding and has tested or knows the test results of grand and great-grandparents, etc.,; or is breeding purposefully to produce tiny, tiny dogs, please reconsider what a disservice they are doing to this lovely breed and the little dam and her puppies. And if you still do get the dog, I know you will love the little thing and be prepared to get whatever medical attention is required ASAP. Just Google "problems with breeding teacup Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies)" and terms like that and read up, be prepared with all the supplies, a credit card for you must pay ER vets up front before treatment and learn about symptoms of hypoglycemia, etc., and how to keep the very young babies who leave their mom before age 10 or 12 weeks from having certain problems, etc., since they won't be with mom for significant brain imprinting, etc. It is your decision to make whatever you decide and at least you will be well-informed, knowing what to expect.
