I'm sorry to hear about Tia's 1st shopping experience. I have a Bali, but I am scared to take Esme shopping in it which is ridiculous, since that was the reason I got it for her! Anyhow, she also jumps out of the front if I leave the flap open and I do worry there isn't enough air in there. Target is my favorite store, I am going to get brave soon and try to take her there. I hope Tia is all better today and her next shopping trip goes a lot smoother! Esme was scared the first few times I took her to Petsmart too, now, she gets mad at me if I don't put her on the floor and let her walk!
