That is a great help Kristin thank you. We had a cat for 17 years, her name was Mazzie and we loved her dearly. She passed away on 4th March and I couldn't cope with an empty house. I asked Hubby if we could get a dog and he said flat out definately NO!! I was really upset but didnt show it .. he knows me well and after a few days told me if I really wanted a dog, then it was ok to go ahead! Now he loves the puppies and talks to them as if they are children .... best decision ever
