Great to hear that she's been doing so well the past few days! Honestly, my Momo's intenstinal reflux has never "gone away". She'll still vomit bile occasionally. But the frequency has dramatically decreased. So don't get discouraged if Rylee has a little episode. It's just something I have to monitor & be aware of long term. I also found that if she eats a lot at one time, she's prone to vomit it up undigested. Another reason for her small frequent meals. I give my pups the same kind of yogurt I eat...Chobani or Stonyfield Farms. They also LOVE it frozen. I sprinkle coconut chips on it, or add a bit of coconut oil sometimes. They like frozen green beans too. Good luck with Rylee! Keep us posted. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
