Then this weekend my husband calls me outside. He says "do you want me to kill this snake?" It was right by my house!! I told him yes! But he explained it was a King snake and it killed others so we should let it go. So I agreed. But made him move it away from my house! It was a lucky snake!

Then today, I get a visit from Mr Tick. Mr. Tick decided it would be fun to drink my blood. . However, he is in tick heaven now.

It's only May. Not looking forward to the other critters I'm sure I will see!! Just have to keep these girls safe!

Hawks, owls, coyotes, snakes ..... Uuuuugggghhhhh
Oh gosh, you too?! I had Nilla at the in law's yesterday and my father-in-law pulled a tick off of her mouth (freshly attached -- she runs with her mouth to the ground). Did a little Trifexis Googling and found out it's not only horrible for dogs, but has no protection against ticks. Double whammy! I know someone who will be requesting a new monthly medication for Ms. Nilla soon. -points to self- It's not even hot here yet! This summer's going to be rough ...
