more like, we don't care about the health of our 3# breeding bitches, even if they need to have c-sections repeatedly, getting scarred over & over to the point where their tummy is hard like a turtle shell or DIE giving birth!
I highly doubt any testing is done on the breeding stock!

OMG she's got a tiny girl that's used for breeding that is 2#'s & 12ozs! I don't think I've ever been so disgusted & mad @ the same time!
