Is it possible you could "ask" the breeder if you could come see her breeding program? A reputable breeder would welcome it with open arms. I get red flags from that site. "shipping" 8 week olds and tiny ones, calling them "teacup" and breeding mixes. Sounds like a back yard breeder or broker. You would be best advised to go check her out in person.
