Tibbe is a 4 - 6 times a day guy, more on some days and even as little as 3 if it is one of the few days it pours rain most of the day. I'll beg him to go out more but he just won't if it's raining really really hard. And he won't use pee pads or go on pads the porch! Just holds it until he absolutely can't any longer and will only go outside.
