I'm not sure either. Two years ago my parents wanted to buy a Cane Corso (did not happen) and they were wondering if the tails and ears could be cropped but while searching for information about it I read that it's been banned to crop the tail and ears of dogs. If I remember correctly the Netherlands was one of the countries in which it's banned to do so.
