If I try to coax her with a treat, I have to get down on the ground, wave frantically to get her attention, and then she might come over to me to get the treat, but she sits right back down again. I can't even get her to end of the driveway. She is not afraid of her leash, collar, or harness, because I can walk her around inside the house with no problem. She seems to be afraid or overwhelmed by something outdoors. It's puzzling to me, because she used to follow me outdoors. Could this be related to the change of seasons? When I first got Bella, it was the beginning of Spring, and now Spring is in full bloom.

yup i had that issue my Tequila is now 18 weeks and she is slowly taking o walking on the leash ... i tried teaching her at 12,14,16 weeks with no succes.. be patient and when she is a little older she will get it
