I don't have a girl doggy, so I'm not as familiar with mammary cancer. How old is she, and is she spayed?
I would be inclined to wait maybe another week. Not sure if that would be dangerous if it is mammary cancer.
A biopsy isn't a big deal, but I understand wanting to avoid anesthesia if it isn't necessary. I would consider if she needs a dental to combine the two.
