I don't receive any "junk" from UPS, FEDEX, or any other private delivery service. I know I'm not a rocket scientist, but if UPS and FEDEX are private carriers and they are profitable, then maybe, just maybe the postal service letter delivery should be privatized OR they should charge all customers equally.
