Thank you for being am amazing seller!!! It was bad that I never said okay go ahead and order the Sturdibag for me. I just told her I was interested in the black divided one but I wasn't sure if that one came in the whimsical prints she had mentioned so if she could let me know. And then a month later, after filling a claim on PayPal, she uploads tracking info. Way too weird. I learned my lesson though.
Oh, and I had to escalate the claim on PayPal. When I opened it up orginally, she never replied. Once I escalated the claim, PayPal gave her a week to reply and that's when she finally responded.
