I dont want to start a problem here, I know the lady could of handled the situation better, but you might want to consider her perspective. Doing that kind of job she has probably been biten, or atleast close.

When I was grooming, the owners would ALWAYS say "Oh dont worry he wont bite", I never believe that. Even a Yorkie bite could cause stiches depending, and if it was coming at me like that I would try to defend myself somehow. I love dogs and all animals SOO much but Ive learned that some dogs are just neurotic and will bite with no warning, ESPECIALLY defeding their property.
