Ok here goes..PLEASE dont think i am crazy...
I got my order from imapreciouspup.com..and I getting ready to use the Eye Envy Pre-Soaked Pads....Ok so i put it in the fridge.....
whats the bottle of stuff that comes with it..and the pads seemed dry to me..is that how is supposed to be.

Help I dont want to mess up...
