YVM, hope everything turns out ok. Urinalysis doesn't cost much, it's about $35+ & some vets charges more, mine charges $45 (here in LA, everything is more expensive loll, don't even let me get started on the taxes!). The full panel blood test will also vary, mine charges $140, so expect to spend around $200/-. Remember, stop those store bought treats!
