Mine does that when she hasn't eaten in a long time. Sounds like yours is a finicky eater? I think it's stomach acid. Uni hasn't done it in a while, but before if I got so busy I would forget to feed her she would do the same. After I fed her she was fine. But if she's not wanting to eat bc of it, I don't know. Poor baby.
