The vet didnt seem concerned with this behavior. Both are male dogs, both are neutered and both have lived with each other there whole lives (from different mothers). Neither have been bred before. He is slightly neurotic occasionally but usually both dogs are pretty calm and laid back. Its hard to tell which is dominate because it seems to go back and forth weekly. I couldnt really say for sure one is dominate and the other submissive. We live in hawaii and do leave them outside while we are gone. We have a coved patio, all shaded, Its not to hot, they have their bed, toys and food and water and plenty of space to romp around. They prefer it to the inside because we use to have to crate then while gone. We have tried squirting them before and it doesnt help, because they both enjoy the water!
