Surrender the puppy to soemone who can take care of him.
No money for a vet visit but you bred a litter of dogs. That's not nice. Do the right thing now and give up the dogs to someone who can treat them right.
I've been in bad money situations in my life. It's just plain lousy. You have options on how to care for your dogs and it's going to take a big heart to do the right thing.
