Default help!

I have two yorkies, and one of them is constantly humping his outdoor bed. I have tried positive reinforcement, giving him a treat when I say lay down and he lays down instead. Im constantly telling him to stop, and its the worst when we have company over. I know its an attention thing, but even when he gets the attention he is looking for, he goes right back to humping his bed. Everyone notices and it gets embarrassing. Today while we had pest control at our house, he humped his bed so long his red rocket (sorry dont know what to say here) was stuck out, and he was stuck in this awkward hunched position. Help!! I have taken away the bed several times but I feel bad for my other yorkie who needs a soft place to lay while we are gone!
