Very often puppies give old timers a renewed enthusiasm or leash on life.
If she is really social with other animals I'm pretty sure she will do fine with the wee one.
Just be prepared as a senior's health can change rapidly, and god forfend that this would happen, but if so, will you be able to cope with increased care time for the senior, while you deal with a puppy's antics and training needs?
