And this guy is supposed to be a pomeranian? Call me blind, I just don't see it. Poms are supposed to look like little foxes right? or am I just that ignorant? (Don't answer that!)

What's wrong with his ears? and he looks like he's wearing a full body cast. but he's happy, so I guess he's in a full body cast but on some strong meds.
