Yes. My breeder is not against harnesses at all. In fact she know's how I feel about collars and harnesses. She told me if she knew how to properly train not to pull on a harness she would indeed do it for me but she's always used a collar and leash on her dogs so that's obviously how she trains. Her yorkies do not have collapsing tracheas. None of her puppies have ever had collapsing tracheas (except for one recently that was picked up by the neck by a siberian husky
poor dog!!). She told me to try both and see which one works best for our family.
