First Welcome to YT! Glad to have ya.. My 6 year old snores LOL- One night I was about ready to pull my hair out! Both Peanut and DH were snoring so loud!!
The over excited snort wheezing you are talking about sounds like it could be a reverse sneeze.
Peanut does this .. usually when he gets too excited, or when he drinks water too fast. It is usually is nothing to worry about and is pretty common. You can you tube reverse sneezing and watch videos to see if that is what your baby does.. When Peanut does have an episode, I will put one hand on his bum ( because he will move around so much LOL I try to hold him still) then with the other hand I will rub his throat up and down and talk to him to calm him down.. it will always help and limit the time of the sneeze.
