I also learned there is TV in AZ prisons. I got to thinking I'd heard it was required by federal law and looked it up. I read just enough of one article to see that it said Sheriff Joe only lets them watch the Disney Channel and The Weather Channel! I imagined Congress passed that law once so many federal employees, financiers and lawyers began winding up in prison!
