I'll bet you are right - not in his jails. I'd hope the psych wards at least have them to keep the truly sick mind busy if the constant noise doesn't bother them. As for her, I doubt she's watching anything that doesn't have her reflection in it. If they want to keep her busy, just paint a mirror on the wall and she'll be totally involved staring at that. But boy, if you weren't crazy before you hit that ward, having nothing whatsoever to do and living in a paper gown eating with your fingers would sure drive you crazy! And one more thing - no dogs!
