And here are some pictures of the Pet Gear AT3. My biggest complaint with it was the lack of bar in the front, but that is just something I didn't know I'd want, and the other big thing is no tethers. However, I have the first generation AT3, so the newer one may have tethers. The basket on the AT3 is bigger than the Dogger too. My cup holder popped off once when it flew as checked baggage on one of our trips, and I will say it was very simple and inexpensive to get a new one.
Also, I promise Rory and Lane are exercised regularly, despite how the pictures may seem.

They do 20 miles easily in a normal week (very active "bigger" girls), but the strollers are great for pet events where it is really crowded or taking them in places they can't be on the ground.
You'll see how the lack of bar doesn't really give them a barrier to the outside world and how the mesh kind of flops. My husband is 6'5" for reference (he prefers the adjustable handle on the Dogger though), and again Rory and Lane are about 11 and 9 lbs.
