I'll second the Dogger. Hands down the best pet stroller I've ever used. I also have the Pet Gear AT3, and I like the Dogger much better.
One of my biggest cons for the Dogger is that it has Dogger plastered all over it, but I know I have some friends who have actually flipped those pieces around. Sometimes I want to be more discrete with my stroller, and I feel like that may advertise I have a dog. Of course, there are still people shocked dog strollers even exist, so I don't know that "normal

" people would instantly go there. The Dogger only comes with two tethers, but I believe depending on the size of your dogs you could fit more in there. I also like that it has the support bar in front (many strollers have this though - but it's something I would require any future stroller to have). Without the bar, it just kind of flops down and there is nothing to keep your dog inside, really. I have a giant purse, so I wish the basket underneath was a bit bigger too.
My husband is actually the one who said to go for the Dogger after watching the video:

I have pushed a lot of the cheaper strollers from eBay that belong to friends, and I don't like them at all. The small plastic wheels concern me. Of course, if you go from no stroller to a stroller, I have a feeling you'll find whatever you choose wonderful!
FWIW, my girls are about 11 and 9 lbs. The tulle of their tutus makes the basket space appear deceiving small in the Dogger.

You'll see Lane standing on the bar in one. I tried to post them in different poses and with a view of the back where you can see the tethers. I'll post pictures of the AT3 for comparison in the next post.
