Maybe she does have a flush-to-the-wall TV to keep her busy but they don't even let suicidal patients have hardback books, can't wear shoes - just nonslip socks, cosmetics but for a short time when they are watched as they use them and then they are removed. No big combs even - nothing that can gouge or cut or bind or suffocate. Pillows are even counted. It's awfully stark from all I've ever heard. I had an inlaw who worked in a psych ward years back and she told me it's rough on suicidal patients - excuse me, clients. I think she kept calling them clients. Bet Jodi gets off it pretty quickly once they clear her.
