Does anyone have a pattern for "Yorkie girl clothes" (mainly dresses)?

Or is there somewhere I can buy them?

Are the patterns pretty true to size?

It is for a 7 lb female Yorkie. She measure 10-11" from bottom of neck to base of tail.
