 Is my baby pregnant?
Hello. I have just joined this site and would like some thoughts. My girl (LP) is 3 y/o and about 9-10 lbs I have recently (in the last couple of weeks) noticed that her belly is getting bigger and her teats are getting full. She ended her heat cycle in the first week of April. I had noticed the neighbors dog hanging around a lot when she was in heat, I chased him off when ever I found him in my back yard, but I am afraid he might have gotten to my girl. While she has always been a mommas girl, she has gotten especially clingy lately, hides under the bed often (she has never done this), her nipples are poking out like crazy, and she is just different. I have an appointment next week for a blood test, but I hear these can be inconclusive. I am not sure if she is pregnant or in a false pregnancy. Is there any way to tell the difference and could a blood test tell the difference? Sorry for rambling so much lol |
