Many, many years ago a friend of mine had a guy call my answering machine acting like he was calling from my pharmacy. He left a message saying they have made an error and gave me fertility pills instead of birth control when they filled my prescription.
I actually went into the pharmacy about it...freaking out. I fell hook, line and sinker. How embarrassing.
