I have not been on here in a while, but I return with great news. I met my new 2-week-old baby this past weekend and held her for the first time! She had just opened her eyes soon enough to see me, but then fell asleep. I love her already and can tell she is going to be a great companion. I cannot wait to bring her home this summer!!! My boyfriend named her Shelby. I attached my favorite photo from our time together.
