Defintely. I have a teeny tiny eBay business and I always make sure I get back to the buyers as soon as possible and if there are any issues, I try to resolve them as quickly as possible. So I know how I would want to be treated as a customer. I hope the carrier is correct, even though I never approved for her to send it to me. She never gave me the price for it or told me if she was able to get the large black divided carrier. It's frustrating. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I will update on what I receive tomorrow.
